Worst “property manager” I’ve ever dealt with, can’t manage anything. Like communicating with a brick wall. Reckons they have sent quotes for “repairs” yet the place was a bomb when we moved in. Yet claimed the full bond without my acceptance and no quotes provided!!!! Taking to nsw bonds and ncat. Completely unfair Have since spoken to nsw fair trade and provided proof. In breach of section 164.
Do not rent from these people. Will not send through quotes for damages even after requesting them and will claim the whole bond without your knowledge.
