twice I have gone to look at a rental unit and it is literally NOTHING like what is advertised. Also heard from a friend that the property manager Alexandra is the most unsympathetic, unresponsive and unhelpful property manager she’s ever dealt with.
Went to an open and asked about Strata fees and the real estate agent got upset at my clarification. I honestly felt that Jackson may see women as lesser than him. Giving a heads up to women out there, so they are not unsuspectingly treated disrespectfully. It seemed he was trying to hide a special strata levy that is an extra $2600 on top of normal levies
James Natoli and team were excellent at guiding us through the sale process. James provided sound advice, realistic price guidance and had excellent communication throughout the process, achieving a great result in a tougher market. Pleased with our result and would highly recommend. Thank you!
