Absolutley appalling experience with Leo Zhan. Reached out multiple times for a property inspection and had to call the office before getting a response. Leo wouldn’t arrange an inspection and failed to reply to further messages. Turns out the property went under offer and failed to advise anything further. It takes 30 seconds to send a message and say the property is under offer instead of leading potential clients on. Will never be buying or selling from him.
