We've had a fantastic experience with the team from the first open house we visited to moving into our rental. Numerous team members have gone out of their way to help us during the process. Toni has been a great help throughout, with quick response times. We've been really happy with everything and would highly recommend them.
As a perspective tenant they showed very little and respect and consideration. Very poor communication and misleading promises. After being told we were the preferred applicant and that it would be confirmed on Monday (it was a Friday) we waited.
