Advice for landlords and tenants: If you’re a landlord, I wouldn’t go with RayWhite , as they never let the landlord know about mould I reported on arrival at the property, which ended up costing him so much money by the time he had to fix it. The real estate was also too lazy to organise a plumber when I had no hot water on arrival at the property, so they ended up to having to pay for an after hours plumber which was way more expensive for the landlord.
