As a landlord, I would not recommend renting out property through them. They have multiple property managers sharing responsibility for the one property, that makes it hard to figure out who to contact for certain inquiries. I also received horrible service from Deb specifically. I felt that she brushed off a lot of my concerns and has made unnecessary comments. Could not recommend Alan highly enough. He goes above and beyond in taking care of every detail with regard to the sales process and post sales process. Brilliant communication and people skills. Treats people as human beings and has genuine compassion for them. Alan is by far the hardest working agent in the business by a mile. The best!
