We are glad to have chosen Ray White for managing our rental property. We found Kayla Fenech very approachable and diligent with providing updates during the whole process, from onboarding to advertising through to landing a tenancy. Thoroughly professional. Summarily, we are very happy.

I had a great experience dealing with the team. They were friendly, professional and responsive throughout the process. Communication was clear, and they made everything easy and stress-free. I really appreciated their help and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable real estate team.
Kayla was fantastic to work with. She was professional, efficient, and kept me informed throughout the leasing process. Her prompt communication made everything smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Kayla to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable leasing agent.
Our repair request involved a security concern, but it took 3- months to finally get resolved. Throughout the process, communication was poor and we had to take the initiative to follow up repeatedly just to get a proper timeframe. For an issue related to security, we expected a much quicker response and more proactive communication. Unfortunately, the overall service and handling of the request were disappointing.
