From my experience I would not recommend renting through Ray White, St Marys or Mt Druitt. When you submit an application, they sit on your application for weeks on end, while they have inspection after inspection so the owner can pick and choose who they want. Be fair to renters. After all we are the people paying off their mortgage. Let them know asap. I have seen rentals listed for a month, all the while I could have paid that months rent!
