I have dealt with Sam several times in recent years and his trustworthiness, professionalism and market knowledge sets him ahead of the rest. Highly recommended.
Sam was amazing to work with. His communication was impeccable, he talked us through the whole process, answered questions and was very responsive to calls and texts. Sam made us feel at ease and relaxed with the process. I also felt he went to every effort to ensure we got the price we wanted. He contacted buyers regularly and followed up on interested parties. Sam also helped us buy a new home as well. Could not recommend Sam any more as a real estate agent!
I found Sam not to be helpful at all. Had no idea of price and let me think I could get more. Didn't listen to my concerns, just dismissed what I wanted and what I said. I found him very hard to talk to as did my neighbours. Wouldn't recommend him at all and now I understand why Ray White has a bad reputation. The process of making a complaint is non existent
Sam was knowledgeable, friendly and very efficient throughout the whole buying and selling process. He worked extremely hard for us to get the best outcome. We not only have a new home, but a new friend too! We would recommend Sam to anyone in the area (and beyond).
