The staff are very friendly. We had a discussion with Mr. Michael regarding the Wanature villa property listing. I went to the Ray White at KUTA and Spoke to the office Staff, which he obtained all my details, Email phone number still waiting for a response a week later, went back to their office and no one knew anything about it. What a waste of my time. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I found out also properties they have listed are from other companies.
Been dealing with DANA for over two months now and he’s been nothing short of brilliant!! Patient and knowledgeable, always helping me and answering my questions. The nicest guy. Lease was signed today so that’s the end but I hope to have the pleasure of dealing with him in the future again. Ray White - you are very lucky to have Dana!!
The worst service I've ever received from Real Estate Agent - ever! Four attempts to contact this agency, 3 phone calls and an email failed to get any worthwhile response from them to view a specific property found on the web, listed by them. We were in the area for 8 days and asked them repeatedly to arrange a viewing of this villa for sale. No useful response at all. Nothing.
