Ray White were very professional without being too pushy. A sale was achieved despite the downturn in the market. Can't ask for more than that...
Very lucky to have found Brooke Amato to manage our recently sold rental property. Responsive and proactive, Brooke inherited problems that were not of her making and resolved them fairly but firmly and always in a professional manner. I never had to chase: when she made a commitment, it got done. Brooke restored my faith in property managers and I’d have no hesitation getting her onboard to manage any future investment property.

They took our bond for no valid reason and didn’t even give us a chance to fix the issue, which was just a small scratch on the wall, simply to accommodate the greedy landlord and repaint the entire house using our bond money. Why i need to contact Marina? I spoked with you over a week for fix the issues, and you send your painter straight away. 2 light scratch on the wall cause by a kitchen table(normal wear and tears) after 2 years of tenancy cost me 1.5k of bond.
I’m a tradie that does work for many of real estate agents in Inner West Sydney. I would have to say Brooke from Ray White Newtown branch is a great property manager making life easier for us tradies.
