He's amazing. Met him today for inspection he's very helpful and welcoming.
Quite literally some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Have purchased a property and trying to organise property management. Just getting a call back to organise seems harder than buying the house in the first place.
I had a house inspection with Anthony and the keys he’d been given weren’t for the property. I explained I had travelled an hour to be there. Anthony had no problem going 5 minutes back to the office to collect the keys so I didn’t have to make the 2 hour journey there and back again. He was professional, kind and we had some banter - I couldn’t have asked for a better inspection experience! Thank you Anthony
Very disappointing interaction and outcome regarding property damage caused by tenants next door. Ongoing safety issue for our dog and newborn child with no accountability.
I hope Jamie Cummings doesn’t work here anymore she was horrible and never did her job as a real estate agent. Worst experience ever
