Brian is a disgusting realtor. Allowing a sold property to be damaged and says nothing on settlement. Brian had the keys to the property and still had to ask where the keys are. Not good selling properties if you don't remember where you put the keys. Based on reply. When Brian notified me about where the keys were , not mentioning anything about the damage.
