Excellent communicator and focussed on coming up with a solution that suits both vendor and buyer. Awais, whilst clearly on the side of the vendor came across as fair and had excellent communication. Applying the pressure you would expect as a buyer but with respect and a clear approach to finding a solution for both without just going for the highest price.
