Dishonest, unorganised, unprofessional, fails to deliver and hidden fees - be careful with your money. If you are buying/selling, I highly recommend Ray White Rochedale and Sunnybank Hills. Have bought and sold with Nick Y and Jason S on many occassions. If you want your property managed, or are a renter go elsewhere. Eric won't return my $365.71 overpayment despite multiple follow-ups. Overpaid rent of $365.71 was not returned despite multiple follow-ups. The agency advised they were awaiting the owner’s response regarding the overpayment, but no clear resolution was provided. An additional $200 bond amount was taken and not lodged with the RTA at the time, which is now subject to a QCAT order for return. A flat $640 fee was also invoiced after the bond was returned, which I did not see substantiated. Brad Zhu is terrible to deal with. Cannot communicate properly. Never answers emails, unless it’s about money. Has zero clue about anything to do with renting a property. Many requests made to fix items and pest issues which were completely ignored. Even though I vacated the property, he continued to send forms which were completely wrong and irrelevant. Brad zhu is the worst property manager I have ever delt with. I have been renting a property with him as the property manager for the last 3 years and in that time he has been terrible to get in contact with, takes weeks to respond to emails, doesn't call back and takes forever to get things fixed. The lighting in the bathroom broke and it was something that we couldn't fix ourselves so Brad had to organise someone to fix it, took over 6 months of me emailing and calling and him saying he's " getting someone to come " before... read more
The worst real estate ever to look after my property would not recommend anyone to let them look after your property. If you do happen to have them look after, please go and check it. Don't trust on word say
