Had the worst experience with Lisa from ray white. We had rented a place for over 15 years and was pushed out due to the property selling. We cooperated and tried to find a place in a timely manner. Once we did we cleaned the place professionally and was waiting for the bond to come in. Couple of days later Lisa messaged saying the walls needed cleaning and asked us to come in to clean them. Extremely disappointing experience over the 2.5 years we rented through this agency. During that time, we went through 5 different property managers and were never formally informed when our property manager changed or provided updated contact details. There was a complete lack of communication and consistency throughout our tenancy. The final property manager we dealt with consistently ignored emails, often requiring multiple follow-ups just to receive a response.
