Our neighbouring property is managed by Ray White Epping. The condition of that property is terrible. The boundary retaining wall and fencing is falling apart, the trees on the property are overgrown and causing issues. For 4 months we have been pursuing them to reach agreement to repair the broken boundary fence and cut down the trees. 2 fence panels have fallen down onto our property.
