Poor communication. I inquired about a property specifically asking for a price guide. Tian Hong replied twice via email but refused to provide the price, instead telling me she 'isn't available by email' and demanding I call her. Withholding basic information just to force a phone call is terrible customer service and a really poor sales tactic.
This agency is the most unprofessional and unpleasant company I have dealt with in many years. The Ray White brand should be ashamed and this should be internally investigated. It was their policy to refuse to provide price guides, and when confronted for this unethical behaviour their responses have been arrogant and argumentative (eg. we won’t have any trouble selling this house, etc). And this came from the head agents and one of the most experienced agents. This is not acceptable behaviour.

Scott is probably the most patient agent I have met. Despite of the current market challanges and (have to admit) hard time I probably gave him, Scott remained calm and professional, focusing on the target - to sell the property.
