Horrible service, since start of the rental, all the council and strata payments still went to the owner. Not resposible team in managing the cleaningness of the property upon return back to owner, they sit on the tenant side and always use the excuse that if any disbute goes to tribunal, owner will loose at the end of the day. Always respond to owner calls late or even forgot.

I recently inquired about a property for sale and requested information, including strata fees, outgoings, and price guide via domain. The sales agent declined to provide the price guide. Numerous further requests ensued via domain, email, during phone conversations. The agent still declined to provide the price guide. Each time I spoke with him the story changed. attended some open inspection and they always said no price guide - quite fishy
Poor communication. I inquired about a property specifically asking for a price guide. Tian Hong replied twice via email but refused to provide the price, instead telling me she 'isn't available by email' and demanding I call her. Withholding basic information just to force a phone call is terrible customer service and a really poor sales tactic.
