I’ve had a pleasant experience with Ray white Croydon during my time leasing one of their properties. Jodie Arrowsmith had been my rentals property manager for the past 2 years and I couldn’t have asked for a better property manager! When we had an issue with our shower head, the issue was handled and sorted 24 hours later! Any correspondence regarding the rental was thorough, supportive and done in a timely manner. I have been with Ray White for a couple of years, and Jodie, Stephanie and the team have consistently done an excellent job, they demonstrate great professionalism and care —from starting inspections promptly after receiving tenants’ notices to vacate, to carefully checking tenant references, and managing the entire process proactively. Sian was execellent to deal with has a property manager. She provided exeelent service to both myself and the tenants. Communication with both parties was fantastic. i would highly recommend using ray white croydon and espically Sian.
Sian takes great for us in our rental, we appreciate her communication, fast and efficient acts on any questions, concerns or matters she’s answered and resolved for us. It truly shows her compassion for us as tenants where this isn’t just her job and she has to but more so her individual character. Thank you Sian!
