The team here is excellent and well regarded
The Head of client relations never returns calls. I emailed and filled in their form and heard nothing. So after 2 weeks I rang them. I was told someone would call me back. They didn’t. I range 2 more times to follow when I was finally given Angus’ number. He said he would follow up on my complaint and call me back in 5 minutes, surprise.. he didn’t. Ray white do everything to prevent independent inspections on sales properties. No point emailing to lodge a complaint as they ignore you. Unprofessional and legal action should be taken against them. Buyer beware as they push there own dodgy inspectors to miss defects on sales properties
