Just sold with these guys a couple weeks ago. They were polite, helpful and communicative. I really felt that they cared about selling my house as well as possible given the pressures in the market. I would definitely recommend for people looking to sell.

In our experience with dealing with Nicola Hovarth and John Petsios, Rentals, they both are a disgrace as they both consistently lied and manipulated us. Nicola told us she was placing “the Directors friends” in our properties stating they were great tenants as they are “friends of their Director - what can go wrong”. These renters, “friends of their Director”, did not pay rent and caused malicious damage to both of our homes. Nicola is manipulative - very nice to start with but v.dishonest.
