The team in clare are fantastic Connor is the stand out extremely professional and brilliant at what he does he a bright future ahead
Outstanding in every way the whole sale was quick and stress free. I couldn't be more than satisfied about the whole transaction Connor was just Outstanding in his manner, professionalism communicating advise and knowledge He was totally outstanding in every way
Friendly and responsive agents however in the auction we participated in the property sold for over 25% more than the "price guide". We offered 20% over the "price guide" prior to auction and our offers were rejected. We spent weeks inspecting and re-inspecting the property and made multiple offers. It would have been great if the agent simply told us the property won't be sold prior to auction, rather than entertaining offers prior. Overall, a lot of time wasted, and a opportunity lost.
Shane was very good and he also kept us up to date with what was going on with the property.
