Friendly and responsive agents however in the auction we participated in the property sold for over 25% more than the "price guide". We offered 20% over the "price guide" prior to auction and our offers were rejected. We spent weeks inspecting and re-inspecting the property and made multiple offers. It would have been great if the agent simply told us the property won't be sold prior to auction, rather than entertaining offers prior. Overall, a lot of time wasted, and a opportunity lost.
Shane was very good and he also kept us up to date with what was going on with the property.
Connor is an excellent professional, he was realistic and delivered on everything he said he would. I would recommend Connor to anyone in the Mid North exploring their property sale!
