Friendly and communicative agents however in the auction we participated in the property sold for over 25% more than the "price guide". We offered 15% over the "price guide" prior to auction and were rejected, so it should have been known that the price guide was incorrect. We spent weeks inspecting and re-inspecting the property and made multiple offers. Perhaps another agent would have had the fortitude to ask the vendors what price they would be happy with to settle prior to auction, however this approach was not taken. T... read more
