We made the right choice with Jichen and his team. From the very outset of the sales process, Jichen kept us informed and updated on progress, incredibly responsive to any queries and adaptable to different situations as they arose. In regular calls, he shared updates informed by his experience and understanding of the market. I had an excellent experience with Neil selling my property. Neil was professional, responsive and hardworking throughout the entire process. I truly appreciated his dedication and genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcome. I would highly recommend Neil to anyone looking for a trustworthy agent.
