Agree with everyone's comments that rated poorly. Unsolicited calls every few months when I tell them to stop calling. After a few years we finally caved when they told us what we could get. They recommend an auction and also to take full length newspaper ad to promote themselves and tell you it will maximise the price and you will regret it.
