Listed my apartment in February with Ray White for a 4 month campaign. The market was tough during this period, and I don't hold the agency responsible for that. Communication was generally prompt, and the pricing strategy was explained with comparable sales and reasoning each time - no issue there and I do not blame them for the property not selling.
