Don’t believe anything these clowns say. You should see the prices they say before auctions… Nowhere near the real price. They know it, you know it. Nobody gets fined so they don’t care. Just remember they are not there to help you. They are ONLY there to make money from whatever house they have for sale. What people choose agents like this?

We had a really good experience with Helen. She was so easy to deal with and made the whole process feel a lot less stressful than we expected. Helen was always quick to get back to us, kept us updated and was very honest with her advice, which we really appreciated. We never felt pressured and always felt like she genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for us. Very disappointing experience as a prospective buyer with Ray White Balwyn. I inspected 1 Mahogany Avenue, Burwood East on 15th June and made it very clear that I was genuinely interested. I discussed price expectations with the agent and said that the guided price range $1.6m - $1.75m was within consideration.
