Have been messaged for 2 years about a property I no longer rent, despite both myself and the current tenant telling the Ray White property manager numerous times, they continued to include me on every email despite not living there. Absolutely useless.
I’ve had multiple dealings with this agency, and my experiences have raised serious concerns. As a buyer, I specifically asked about asbestos prior to purchase. I was later informed that asbestos was present in the property, which was extremely concerning given my earlier enquiries. In a separate situation, a staff member from the agency was my neighbour and involved themselves in matters relating to my rental, which was not managed by this agency.
