Richard is an absolute legend! We couldn't have asked for a better partner in this process. He was incredibly patient with all our questions and went way above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He even managed to get us an amazing price on our next property, which was a huge win. We’re so happy with how everything turned out and will definitely be recommending him to anyone looking for a top-notch agent. Thanks again, Richard!
⭐ Unfortunately, my experience with Ray White Altona was disappointing. The agents’ arrogant and unnecessarily manner made what should have been an exciting home purchase feel uncomfortable and embarrassing. I expected basic professionalism and respect, but instead felt treated as an inconvenience. Although I purchased my home through this agency, I would not use them again.
Gus’s proposal and knowledge of the area we were selling was by far the most comprehensive and professional of the agents. We were well informed at all stages of the campaign and the price point and marketing of the property was obviously correct as we were able to sell in a difficult market. Won’t hesitate to use Gus in the future and can highly recommend.
A great experience working with Andrew Dowton while purchasing a property in Newport. He made the entire process seamless and was always responsive and transparent. Andrew kept me well informed of the process at every stage and was happy to answer any questions along the way. Would highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking to buy or sell.
