It was an absolute pleasure having Andrew sell our property. Andrew gave us the time and space to first test the market, then set our own parameters. He the proceeded to seek out potential buyers and represented our interests really well to find a good buyer at a price that we were prepared to settle at, without at any stage pushing a sale.
