I would not choose RWAC if you put a gun to my head. Their web page shows they have numerous awards in property management, all given by the chairman of Ray white, and a sales pitch for landlords, buyers and sellers. No mention of doing anything for tenants? My first dealing with Raywhite and it has been nothing but poor. Owners houses are getting destroyed and they don’t care at all. Constant calls and emails complaining and no responses.
My elderly father was trying to find a rental and he was continuously pushed back and not communicated too. His application still hasn’t been submitted 3 weeks after being handed in. Pretty poor service for a nation wide organisation.
