l I have called them four times over the past two months about a previous purchase with them. Not once has anyone called me back and each time I left my name and phone number with a live person and a promise that someone would call me back! I should have realized after the first two calls that they never meant to call me back. All I was asking for was an appraisal for insurance purposes.
Would not order my matching wedding bad When we got my engagement ring, I wanted rings that had matching wedding bands only. I found one I liked and they said they didn't have the band then but would order it when I was ready for it. Time came when I was ready for it and they kept trying to sell me something they had instore and insisted that there wasn't a band that matched.
