My Mother had steering issues with her 2002 Lincoln. She took it to an independent service center in Oak Ridge close to her house. That dealer diagnosed the issue but said parts were on national back order. She called and ask me what she should do. I live in Indiana so I googled Ford dealer close to her house and recommended her to take it to Ray Varner Ford in Clinton. The service manager, John Miller said the parts were on back order but he took the time to locate the part and get her back on the road within 48 hours. Thank you John and your staff for helping my Mom.
