The real estate helper is rude and the immigration part was a nightmare too. Let your case close and takes 4 years to do a simple form. Then had to hire another person to help finish. They want you to do all the work while they get paid and when You call for help you’ll get drilled till you’re in tears. I wrote Mr. Ray an email about his rude employee as well as my experience with his office only to get no reply.
