Rob is a wonderful representation of your company. He was courteous, patient in explaining how the repair would be done and what additional services were needed. He took pictures to show me. He was neat respectful and actually it was pleasure to have him do the work.

Had a leaking drain in the cabinet under my kitchen sink. I normally do all my home repairs ranging from carpentry, electrical and plumbing but due to a double knee replacement that I had three weeks prior, getting on my knees to repair the problem was out of the question. I can’t even explain how thrilled I am with the work Ray the Plumber and his guys just did at my house, but I’ll start here. I just bought a house and called Ray to do all the plumbing for the new kitchen and also move around some other things downstairs where the plumbing was. It was a TON of work, but he and his guys did it all so seamlessly, incredibly quick and beyond nicer from what I even imagined! Thieves. They ripped me off to put 4 stems in my bathroom faucets because of a minor drip in both sinks. They charged me $566 with a senor discount. My family was furious. The parts were $20 each stem kit. (**** *****) That's $80 Double the price for a profit $160? They said he was here for 2 hrs. which was a lie as he left to go by the parts as he didn't have my size in his truck. So say 2 hrs. That's $200 an hr labor. My mechanic dosen't charge me that much. I called Ray the Plumber to schedule install of two pieces of household plumbing equipment. I was a returning customer. I was not requesting a quote. I had specifically scheduled the labor to be done in and around other subcontractors in my home. When the tech arrived, the quote he gave me was none other than outright extortion. I was stuck. I had a small leak under kitchen sink, brass fitting had broken. I called Ray the Plumber Monday morning around 8:00 AM and they scheduled an appointment same day. Tech arrived on time and I notice he was not very friendly. Upon inspection of repair, he ascertain it was small job, probably not costly repair, and quickly asked if there were other plumbing issues in the house. Woke up at 3:00 am to a leaky dishwasher, floor in kitchen flooded. Could not turn water off to dishwasher & isolation valve frozen. Ray the Plumber, says I need new isolation valve to dishwasher and main shut off to house because that was partially frozen as well.
