All of the staff are professional, kind, and knowledgeable. Dr. Ray is not only excellent at what she does, but she also takes the time to clearly explain the process and treatment plan using multiple approaches (discussion, visual aids, and dental models) so it’s easy to understand at any level. Super nice people. My daughter has braces but isn't their client. Her rubber bands broke but this office gave her free ones because her normal orthodontist wasn't accessible at the time.
I saw Dr. Allison Ray after finishing braces at another office because I was still concerned about my bite, uneven teeth, and visible gaps that had been left behind. My dentist recommended Dr. Ray, and I’m so glad they did. From the start, Dr. Ray truly listened to my concerns.
