I have worked with a few different realtors in my time but Ray is my go to realtor now! He really took the time to listen to me and responded quickly to emails, phone calls, texts. We had to do a few upgrades on our home prior to selling it and Ray had names of good people to work with to get them done quickly and inexpensively.
