The service is not good for seniors. when you request for some assistance for light bulb replacement they won't send somebody to do it even though the job is only less than 10 minutes to be done. It will make you wait for the job order from the management which means months long!!! No light in the bedroom is terrible for us elderly! We're a good paying occupants for 5 years now and this is the only time that we experience such a case with this new people in the office.
