I bought a 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon here for $13,000 (listed at $16,400). They jumped on my offer instantly with zero negotiation. Leased a car and after a year they stopped taking my payments. They then after ignoring me decided to sue me. I was sent a letter to pay to avoid going to court, but the letter was sent after the court date. The courts and my lawyer said they make a living off Ray Skillman doing this to people regularly. Been a consistent customer for almost 20 years along with my whole family, and we now all use Carvana. Ray Skillman is a Criminal organization.
After previous vehicle issues buying from Ray Skillman years ago, I swore I’d never be back. I saw a vehicle in their lot I was interested in and was skeptical at first. Zach Caudill took the time with us, listened to our situation, budget and wasn’t pushy to sell to us. The entire experience was fantastic and I HIGHLY recommend dealing with this location and their sales people. They did a great job!
I came in yesterday to look at a vehicle. When we went on the test drive I asked if the vehicle had one pedal driving the car sales lady said yes I asked her how do we turn it on she said she didn't know the exact same thing happened when it came to the cameras on the vehicle. I came trying to learn more information about this car and left more confused than ever!
