Sold me a truck that had been in three accidents two of which caused structure damage to the truck and needed towed. Did not disclose of any of this information to me.
I will absolutely never do business with Ray Skillman ever again. Took my car to Ray Skillman in Martinsville because my power train light came on and I have a warranty. Took them 2 days of waiting for a diagnosis just for them to send it to Townsend Transmission. My warranty only paid for 10 days of a rental, which should be more than enough time for a transmission shop to rebuild a transmission. I heard excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't done. Ms. B******, I am sorry that you do not prefer the way you were treated by the service department. Unfortunately we are at the mercy of what you extended service contract says. We must abide by the contract and do not have influence over the warranty company. Furthermore, we are not part of the loaner program through Ford, because of the lack of inventory we have to sell, due to the Covid slowdown, and for that we apologize but it is yet something else outside of our control. Bill R********* the new car sales manager is about the most unprofessional person I've ever had to deal with. Came in there to negotiate the price of a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT white in color. This was a courtesy vehicle with 1540 miles on it for the same price as a new car with no discounts at all. Other than the rebates offered from Ford.
