My car has been serviced with Ray Skillman Ford about 3 times now. While they do complete the work, they are going to take their sweet time getting your car back to you. Don't expect an update on your car unless you are constantly calling them to check on it. Oh, and please make sure you can go about a month with no loaner or rental from them. If they were more accommodating and understanding that people cannot go 2+ weeks without a car, they would be top notch.
I took my disabled father into this place to buy a vehicle. Salesman was nice and respectful. Everything went smooth until the finance guy came in. Finance guy with the dorky glasses tried to slap a 15% interest rate on a 43k truck on my disabled senior father with a 720 credit score. I immediately told my father and this place you guys are scamming my dad. They took it personal and got all butt hurt because I called them out.
