The service department lacks attention to detail. I paid for the "works" which includes oil change, tire rotate, tire, and brake inspection. I go to the cashier to pay and the inspection report was missing. Was told that "most" people aren't interested in it. I get in the car and drove away and notice the old sticker was still on my windshield. Sorry Ray, won't be back.
I met with Zach Caudill and he was great, upfront and honest from the beginning. I was so worried about my F-150 being accepted as a trade in and I got so much more than I thought I would get for it. He also had all of the paperwork ready for when I got there and so it was minimal waiting around, like most car lots. He will be my go to guy if I want to get another Hyundai from them. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.
