Mark was the technician that did the work and got our vehicle looking new again. Great job. Rick and the office staff are very friendly and helpful. Rick went above and beyond with submitting the claim to the insurance company and having the repairs done in a timely manner.
They did a good job at fixing my car but originally when I dropped my car off it was only supposed to take 1 week. That 1 week took 2.5 weeks. They wouldn't give me a loaner "because they didn't have any at the time". When i started getting crappy about them keeping my car for so long I was lied to and told my original quote had doubled that's why it was taking so long. Come to find out it didn't double they lied. If you're in a hurry to get your car back don't go here. You'll be left stranded for 2.5 weeks with no vehicle.
I came in looking for a grill clip, asked if they could order them for me.. I gave the lady the 1 I had and told her I needed 3 more. After 5 min, she comes back with 2 and said that's all they had and to go to a junk yard. Class act!
