The good: I've been a devout Ray Skillman customer since high school. Multiple vehicle purchases (most recently a 2026 GMC Canyon Denali), always utilized their service (Buick/GMC), and numerous fender benders and accidents handled by this specific shop since the 90's. We were very happy with our repairs. Our 2023 Kia car was hit by a truck and they were able to fix and replace the damaged parts. The car looks brand new again. We were also excited to see that our car was in much cleaner condition than how it was brought in . The detailed interior & exterior cleaning was much needed and much appreciated! Takes several days to install a windshield. Now I have to take more unpaid time off from work and beg insurance to pay for more days of a rental car. Very upset and disappointed with Ray Skillman.
Really happy with the repairs Ray Skillman did on my car after a hit and run. She looks new again and you can’t tell she had any damage. They also finished 2 days early which I’m incredibly thankful for!
