Great work without a wait.
Highly satisfied and recommended. Our old solar fan burned out. The original installation company went out of business, so I contacted Ray's Solar Fans and Andrew got back to me within a day of my inquiry. He explained everything in detail, provided a quote, came to our house quickly, did fine work and helped us with the paperwork for all the credits so our net cost is going to be around $300 to keep my house cool! Man oh man what a service! Toyed with the idea of doing the install myself, but called Ray on a Monday during the heat of summer to see what he could provide, chatted for 10 minutes about everything including the tax breaks that come along with it. Told me he'd put me on the calendar with Andrew, his lead installer, at first availability and received a call that afternoon. Summer castle gave me 1 star but they are a fake review. Google should fix it
When Ray arrived the day of our appointment, the rain clouds were nearing and he didn’t have the right ladder so we agreed it wasn’t safe for him to proceed with the install. However, when he came, we were in a little bit of a crisis with our solar water heater but because of his prior solar water heater experience, he was able to quickly diagnose and fix our problem!
