I had the shrimp and grits which was delicious but I do believe the food is over priced for the portions you get, I got more shrimp than grits. The service was good the waitress was helpful. Given the atmosphere and type of restaurant I didn't expect to hear an entire loud conversation. My boyfriend and I went for dinner last night. We shared the hot seafood appetizer as our meal and added the fried lobster to it. It was excellent and alot of food (like 5 appetizers). Then they served me a birthday slice of cake that was yummy. We have always had excellent food and service at Ray's! Lovely view of the river too.
