We have been going for 5 years to their Thanksgiving day event with great experiences. Whoever was in charge this time needs to be fired. Our experience was similar to other reviewers but who at Ray's cares to read or respond? Late seating, running out of food, what server carves turkey that is so dry even their knife has trouble cutting then gives it to a customer, lines just to get to plates, wait staff overloaded, just a terrible experience. Very poorly executed especially since they have a history of properly pulling it ... read more
The brunch food was awesomely delicious . The upscale restaurant had a nice ambiance and good service.
Great atmosphere and the staff were wonderful. Celebrated my parents 60th anniversary and they enjoyed the food and being able to look out over the river.
Was here on vacation and got seated with a Brian Vansomenburg i think is his name.. anyway it was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had when dealing with a waiter. Thanks!
Very disappointing Thanksgiving day brunch all the food was cold selection was mediocre service was good
Had a fabulous Thanksgiving Brunch with my peeps. The food was awesome and topped it off with two Peach Bellinis Great experience for my first time here and being in ATL on Thanksgiving. Thumbs up
This was our first time dining out for Thanksgiving. We arrived on time for our reservation and were told that there was a 30-45 minute wait for our "large party" of 5. After being seated, we had to wait 20 minutes for prime rib and they ran out of several items - including pumpkin pie. You can't run out of pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving! We passed a Waffle House on the way home and all agreed that we probably would have enjoyed a meal there more. 2 stars because our server was very pleasant. We'll make different plans next yea... read more
That Sunday Brunch was EVERYTHING! I celebrated a birthday the very day I was there and some of my guest were not able to get past the price of admission but for those of us who were able to partake in the fantastic food and atmosphere, it was well worth the price of admission as they say. There was live music at the food service area and the food was delectable. OMG, I can't say enough, my birthday brunch was phenomenal, the bottomless mimosas, the staff and the food were superb along with the fellowship. Not my first visit... read more
I’ve had dinner at Ray’s several times, but this was my first time having brunch there. I was not impressed. The selection and quality was very disappointing. I also felt that it was unacceptable for guests to have to walk from one building to another to access the brunch because we had a large group and were placed in the Grand Pavilion instead of the main building. Very inconvenient if the weather is bad. I would definitely not do brunch there again. Pappadeaux’s brunch is much, much better.
Ray’s On the River has a 4.6 star rating with 12,076 reviews.
