I used to like this place but the service was slow waiters seemed to disappear we had 2 for the table. Menu items overpriced.
The food and the service was excellent❤️ We decided to try to go at last minute for our 34th anniversary and they found us a quite spot in the corner at bar area even though no reservations and brought us champagne. We had a wonderful evening.

So I decided to surprise my wife with Rays for our 1 year anniversary and the service was horrible. We were judged immediately when we walked in and we were never given any real attention. Then this group of privileged (white) individuals come and the waiter gives then the history of the place, what they offer, and asked them were they celebrating something special. We received none of this. The best part was the valet and each other. Never Again!!

The food was great as always BUT the customer service today (Sunday) during brunch was horrible! They had 3 people working in my area and they rarely came to see if I needed refills, etc. Twice I had to ask a person in a completely different area for service. With that... it was NOT worth $43.00 for brunch as customer service is everything to me. Improvements are definitely needed for Brunch. I was disappointed. Respectfully submitted.
