In hindsight, I did come through about five minutes before they closed however, could’ve at least given me time to vacuum my vehicle out. Instead the vacuums were cut off as I was getting started to use them. I asked if I could finish all the attending said was they closed at 6. Needless to say, I will not be back plenty of other car washes to go to. This was just a matter of convenience at the time.

I had a very disappointing experience at Ray's Car Wash. I paid for the touchless wash expecting my vehicle to come out clean, but it was still dirty afterward. When I brought it to the owner's attention, instead of trying to make it right, he was rude and dismissive. I see all the bad reviews on here from people who has the most dirtiest cars and expect a machine to take care of it lmao if you want your car to look good and stay good at least wash it every week not like a few months

I was super excited to get a Rays next to my house since I used the one near Costco. I’m not sure why it was decided to not have a wide vacuum and only the small thin ones. Deal breaker for me. I canceled my membership.

While this product may be appropriate for larger vehicles, it unfortunately resulted in damage to my truck. Specifically, I observed two dents on the rear of my vehicle following its use. It is important to note that this is a new vehicle with minimal mileage. Please feel free to reach out if you have any further inquiries.
