not sure what i’m missing but i pulled up to pay for a wash and some guy came out and said my truck was too muddy and i’d have to clean it off before i go through the wash i would get if my truck was caked in mud but i still think the point of a car wash is to wash your truck or car when it’s dirty picture of my truck below when i pulled up
Tried this wash for the first time since I was over this way. Thought I was going to like it and cleaned my car really well but they wouldn’t power wash my rubber mats???? Never seen a car wash do this so I won’t be returning. What is the point of cleaning my car nicely to still have dirty mats? Oh well.

This carwash is topnotch! My car comes out super clean, and the staff does a great job soaping down the car prior to the start. The vacuum bays are nice and wide. Plenty of space between cars.
I'm a little disappointed today. My side mirrors are still dirty as is my back windshield. My wheels haven't come clean the last few times not sure why. I hope the guys were just having an off day.
