We had finally decided to replace my wife's Durango a couple of weeks ago and had recently begun our search on what to downsize to (we no longer needed 3 rows). Called to make sure the Volvo model I wanted to test drive would be there. It was at the dealership so I made an appointment. Showed up on time and there wasn’t a soul in the show room. Called their central number and they would have someone soon. A Mazda salesman walked in and could not help. Completely wasted my time.
