Made an online appointment to test a drive a certified pre-owned Volvo and received multiple confirmation emails. Drove an hour to test drive and see the car at our appointment time and it wasn’t at the dealer. A manager took it home and was off on the day of our appointment. Then they tried to sell us a newer car that cost $15,000 more. So they lied to us to get us their, they are adding miles to certified pre-owned cars letting employees take them home and then tried to upsell us something we weren’t interested in.
My wife and I bought our 2nd new car (s90) from rp volvo a couple of weeks ago. I woke up on a Tursday morning to find we had a flat tire. called the service department. Dani was wonderful she got me in less than an hour for the repair. Turned out the tire had a hole in an area on the tire where it could not get repaired. Dani said they did have the tire in stock but would get on here for a Thursday pick-up. I recently visited Ray Price Volvo in the Poconos for a full synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection on my 2007 Volvo XC90. Unfortunately, the experience left me deeply disappointed. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional, dismissive, and riddled with issues.
