Horrible. Worst experience I have ever had with a? Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership of any make. My Volvo has never been serviced by anyone other than our local dealership. We were out of town and had car trouble. Ray Price's service department made a mistake and would not cover their work, blaming it on our local dealer. Every email address I could locate for them online was sent a copy of my request. Approximately 10 emails were sent. Not a single reply. They are bad from top to bottom.
Horrible Service department Ray Price does not back up their cars. I had a problem with my rims rusting when I first got my car and they told me that it was rocks hitting my rims and chipping the paint. After my rims kept getting worse my dad took my car to a Honda dealer in NJ to see what they said and as soon as they saw the rims they said that they were defective and that we should file a claim with the company. Ray Price blames customer This is not the first time this has happened but, definitely the last. I brought in my 2010 honda accord after only three months for A/C repair. I purchased the car in Feburary and did not check the A/C when I bought it. When the months turned warm I turned it on and it did not work. I went to the dealership Ray Price and the service department told me it was the condenser and that it must have been hit with a rock.
