Zero stars, no communication from service department, waited several days just for an appointment, and $190 to diagnose problems a google search could have pointed me in the right direction given the codes I gave them, thought they were supposed to be experts on Lincolnshire, guess not, just another stealership
My service experience with Ray Price Lincoln was exceptional. The service manager Emily M. was amazing and personally gave care and attention to assure my service experience was phenomenal. I was able to get a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced and the job was done right the first time. I definitely recommend!
