Bought a CPO Lincoln Aviator Black Label over a year ago from Ray Price...have to say that I have never been more pleased with the buying experience and the post acquisition service I have gotten. Wonderful staff and always with the helpful words.
I purchased a new 2024 Ford Ranger from Ray Price Ford. Sales and finance departments are awesome, the guy doing your trade in value was terrible Kelly Blue book value $3500 and he offered $1500. I can see being off a few $100 but to be off $2000 even after I explained another dealer offered more than KBB a month prior.
I needed to have my Lincoln serviced. It was easy to get a quick appointment to have it looked at. The staff was friendly and helpful. After they diagnosed the problem, it wasn't long before they had the parts and were ready to fix my car. The work was prompt and well done. I wish other Lincoln customer service was this good.
