Apologies for this lengthy review, but you can be sure that I’m not a bot or some paid reviewer guaranteed to give some fake 5 star review…..I contacted Ray Price about a Jeep listed online. Told them I was coming in for a test drive around 1pm. Through a series of messages they set an appointment time for me to meet with the sales manager Dan at that time. Was interested in a vehicle from here and at 11am setup a 1pm appointment for the same day. Drove 45min with my 1 year old to get here just to be told someone was in the vehicle this morning and they won’t know if the actual sale went through for it until Monday. Was a complete waste of time and it would have been nice to have been told before making this trip down. Will not go back again.
