Excellent service! Joe Kessler of Ray O. Cook came out to do a tune up and inspection. The entire heat exchanger/furnace was covered in years/decades of dust. Today he came back to completely overhaul the thing. The underside of the AC coils is covered in mold. He removed the coil to give it a full cleaning. Everything looks great. I think we'll be left with a more efficient unit and less health problems due to mold and dust!
I was referred from a friend as she recommended Ray O. Cook Heating & Air. I had a couple of estimates and went with Ray O. Cook for a new system and so happy I did. Dave and Bobby the installation technician's were very professional and knowledgeable.
Prompt. Good communication and explanation of work. Careful with surroundings, making sure not to leave any "debris" behind. Office staff helpful, too.

We’ve used this company several times now. Every time we have been very pleased with their customer service. All employees we’ve interacted with have been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. About a week ago they installed a ductless heating and air system for us in our shop. We were so pleased with the work they’ve done and how quickly they got the job done.
