The initial service email request was very responsive. I was able to schedule a remote session and to my surprise, I got a notification that Scott Williams from UBEO was on his way to the Service site. I didn't understand the on-site scheduling, but I believe that our IT techs on site, scheduled that appointment when the issue was still a problem. I’m a big fan of UBEO because of how easy they make everything, especially online. Their website is intuitive, allowing me to quickly find any resources or support I need. The invoice submission process is also very straightforward, saving me valuable time. It’s clear UBEO has put a lot of thought into making their services accessible and efficient, which makes working with them a pleasure.

I called with a copier issue and within 1 hour total a technician called, came to my location, and fixed the problem!
