Have contacted Ray multiple times before with polite, prompt service which fixed the problem the first time and with minimal expense. I would always call him first when major plumbing problems arise which I can not handle myself. Also, lady answering the phone has always been polite, referring me to an alternate number when Ray is onsite at a job.
Rude lady on phone!!! Would not do business with them
