We had a pressure leak on our water heater That wasn’t properly piped out under the house by the previous owner. Alex was right on time, came in and was able to quickly assess the problem. I had let him know I was gonna wait a few days to fix it, but as he left, I had a change of heart and reach out to the company to go ahead and schedule an appointment to get it fixed, which I assumed would be a few days later due to my hesitation.
